and Js food to go and Catering is a small carendiria and catering
services.Romeo Santos was the owner of the business and former executive chef
of “BUFFET” Commoonwealth branch.The R and Js food to go and catering was
established last 2013 as a personal catering services.They only serve their
close friends only before.But last January 2016, R and Js food to go and
catering was start to earn income and became a official business.R and Js food
to go and catering located at Barangay Bagong Silangan Quezon City near the San
Isidro Labrador Parish.
They
have their amazing set of foods in small or affordable price.R and Js food to
go and and catering caught my
satisfaction.For the ambians of the restaurant, the kawayan theme such as
native theme of stablistment was so relaxable.the dining area and tables are
clean and the servers and staffs are so approachable and fast in term of
serving.
The
aspects need to improve.The food such as sisig is so oily, which is not good
for the health aspects of customers especially for the diabetic customer.The
food presentation was need to improve also.And the ventilation of this
stablishment is not enough and much better to improve.
My
recommendation is to improve the establistment’s ventilation for customers
comfortable.Food’s presentation also
need to improve and to gave more effortsfor the presentation of foods and to be
more presentable.I recommend also for service to become more approachable and
to have their uniforms.
I
will give 4 out of 5 stars for my ratings.Based on my Observation, the foods
are not totally presentable because it’s so simple.And the environment is not
totally good the stablistment slightly hot.But the R and Js food to go and catering
got my satisfaction.4 stars not bad.
